How many stages does an app go through to become Live?
Apps are typically in either in Alpha, Beta, or Live states, per OS platform. Alpha means the app is either not working well or very broken. This is how the life of an app starts. Beta means it's working at least for one or two people who have tested it. Live means the app should work and it's expected to install reliable and work reliable for all platforms that it's live.
